For Postgraduate Programmes please follow the steps mentioned below.

Step 1 FOR NEW USER, click on the Register link to create your own Login Name.
Step 2 A temporary password will be sent to you on your corresponding email address which you have to change upon accessing the Online Application System on first login.

NOTE:
A valid and active email address must be provided by applicant since in case you have been selected, letter of offer will be sent to you via this email address.

Step 3 Fill in the Online Application Form.
Step 4 View/Confirm your application. Before confirming your application, ensure that all information is correct.

You have to ascertain that entries made are true and correct. Any wrong or false information entered by you will entail immediate withdrawal of the offer of a seat in the event of your being selected.

Step 5 Print and carefully verify your application forms.
Step 6 Application Fee is to be paid through:
(I) STATE BANK OF MAURITIUS LTD

(a) Over the Counter at any branch: Either by Cash or Intra Bank Transfer. Please bring along the downloaded Cash Deposit Voucher automatically generated by the system upon application.
(b) Online Banking at the following address: www.sbmgroup.mu

(II) THE MAURITIUS COMMERCIAL BANK LTD

The University is not liable for any wrong or incomplete information submitted. Any Financial Charges, where applicable, will have to be borne by the Applicant.
Step 7 Photocopies of birth, educational, professional certificates and other supporting documents should be attached.

Married women should also submit copy of their marriage certificate.

Original certificates should NOT be submitted at the time of application but should be produced at Registration in case the applicant is selected.

Please note that the photocopies of certificates submitted will not be returned. Applicants will not be required to call at the University for application procedures.
  If one programme is applied for, you should print and submit a Master copy (Form A) of the Application Form and one for the programme (Form B) , duly signed + two sets of certificates (one set with each Application Form).

If two programmes are applied for, you should print and submit a Master copy (Form A) of the Application Form and one for each programme (Form B), duly signed + three sets of certificates (one set with each Application Form).

If three programmes are applied for, you should print and submit a Master copy (Form A) of the Application Form and one for each programme (Form B), duly signed + four sets of certificates (one set with each Application Form).

Step 8 Send your Printed and Signed Online Application Form(s) by Registered Post only to the following address:

Lim Fat Engineering Tower,
University of Mauritius,
RĂ©duit

You are advised to keep the postage receipt of the Mauritius Post Ltd as evidence of application.

The University will acknowledge receipt of application online when all the above-mentioned documents are received. Applicants will then be able to print their receipt online.

  Your Application Form will be locked by the University of Mauritius after verification of essential details and following receipt of your Application Form.

Two weeks after you send your Application Form by post, you may view an acknowledgement by using the same login name and Password. You may then view and print the online receipt.

    Applicants will not be required to call at the University for application procedures.
